​We were present as exhibitors at TodoLáctea, the largest dairy exhibition in Argentina, which took place in Esperanza, Santa Fe, on May 9, 10 and 11. With an attendance of more than 15 thousand people, the event was an ideal platform to present our solutions in the dairy and bakery field.


On this occasion, we invite attendees to discover our solutions for dairy and baking. We have a wide range of stabilizers for dairy products, including our SH line, perfect for reprocessed, spreadable, feteable and spun cheeses. We also present the AbaYog line, specially designed for all kinds of yogurts, and the AbaCream line, ideal for pasteurized creams. Additionally, we offered the MDR line, which is specifically designed for moisture retention in soft cheeses.

We also present our antifungal food and vinyl coatings, which are ideal for protecting your products and extending their durability. The AbaCoat line features natamycin vinyl coatings in a variety of colors, while our BH line offers PVA-free food dip and spray solutions.

We also have sweetness modulators to reduce sugar in dairy products by up to 50%. Our natural and nature-identical flavors are perfect for the dairy and baking industry, adding a unique custom-produced flavor to your products.

In Abastecimientos we are also proud to offer solutions for baking, made in the Industrial, Logistics and Technological Park of Villa María. Our sugar-free premixes are perfect for all kinds of shakes such as puddings, sponge cakes, muffins, etc. We also offer gluten free premixes for breads and shakes, ideal for those consumers with specific dietary needs. Finally, we have enhancers for volume and freshness.

We want to highlight the special participation of Dairy Technician Diego Wurth in the event, who had the honor of speaking on biotechnology applied to milk and cheese production, sharing his knowledge and experience in the field.

Diego addressed the most recent advances in biotechnology and how they can be applied effectively in the dairy industry. He explored the possibilities biotechnology offers to optimize processes, improve product quality and increase overall efficiency.
