We were pleased to participate in the ASOLUR event called "Olive oil production and efficient management of by-products. Technological innovations in sustainable processes" also organized by the International Olive Oil Council and INIA.
This event gave us a great opportunity to exchange with clients, producers and professionals in the sector, and present our specialized solutions for olive growing, fruit growing and viticulture in collaboration with our strategic partners.
One of our outstanding strategic partners is Pellenc, a French manufacturer that specializes in portable equipment and tools to mechanize manual processes in wine, fruit and tree crops. During the event, we presented the Power 48, a professional comb for harvesting olives that stands out for its speed and efficiency, the Fixion 2, a fast and light vine tying machine that speeds up work in the field, and the C35 and C45 scissors , designed for pruning fruit trees and vineyards.
In collaboration with DSM, we introduced the Rapidase enzyme, which has been shown to increase oil extraction yield by up to 20%, representing a significant advance in production efficiency.
Our partnership with Pall Technologies allows us to offer high quality filter plates and modules, which are essential to the oil filtration process.
Finally, through Jopemar, we present top-notch stainless steel tanks. Jopemar offers a wide range of stainless steel products and equipment, with a focus on cutting-edge technology, which is used in various market segments, including wines, breweries, pharmaceuticals, dairy, among others.
