We had the pleasure of participating as sponsors in the IV Ibero-American Congress on Food Engineering, organized by the Association of Food Engineers of Uruguay, under the motto "Engineering and technology in food processing: challenges in nutrition, safety, and sustainability."

It was an excellent opportunity to network, share knowledge, and connect with industry leaders. We were also proud to be the official sponsor of the awards ceremony, where we presented the following awards: Best Oral Presentation, Best Poster, Second and Third Poster Prizes.
