Marcelo Massiotti, Dairy Technician member of the Dairy team, had the honor of visiting Lactiangol of the Webcor group dedicated to the import and sale of dairy products in Angola. Its main products produced at its plant in the city of Luanda are long-life milk and vegetable and animal butters. However, today they are in a new project developing a line of Flamingo, Port Salut and cream cheeses.
Abastecimientos is proud to be part of this project by becoming a product supplier and providing technical support in the development of these cheeses. During his stay, Marcelo carried out elaborations with the entire Lactiangol team, providing training and qualifications to the personnel who will participate in the production of the processed cheeses.
Marcelo Massiotti shared his impressions of this collaboration: "the technical, professional and human exchange was excellent, th people were very pleasant and predisposed to new knowledge, and for me it was also a very interesting experience to get to know other customs and other ways of working different from those we have in South America".
