We have been part of the 50th National Milk Festival, the most important dairy exhibition in Santa Fe. It is a key meeting space for producers, technical advisers, teachers and students, who find in this exhibition all the necessary tools to maintain updated. It was a great opportunity to promote the exchange of knowledge and the development of the dairy industry.
During the event, we were present through a stand where technicians and salesmen provided advice and were able to share the latest news on dairy supplies. Some of our solutions include a wide range of stabilizers for cheeses and yoghurts, antifungal food coatings and vinyls, sweetness modulators to reduce dairy sugar by up to 50%, and natural and nature-identical flavors.
