From May 3-8, 2025, we participated in IFFA 2025, the leading international trade fair for meat processing technology and alternative proteins, held in Frankfurt, Germany. This event brought together more than 1,000 exhibitors from 52 countries, establishing itself as a key space for innovation and networking in the food industry.
During the visit, María Noel Plata had the pleasure of meeting with our strategic partners:
- Corbion: where we strengthened our relationship of over 10 years. We explored their latest developments in sustainable solutions for preservation, food safety, and bio-based technologies, focused on improving the shelf life and quality of food products.
- FINOVA: We learned about its innovations in specialized machinery and services, and we connected Uruguayan delicatessens with its solutions.
